Grilled Spiced Chicken Skewers

1-1/2# chicken tenders
2 T. canola oil
2 tsp. curry powder
2 tsp. smoked paprika
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
salt and pepper

Heat grill to med-high. Cut chicken tenders into thirds. Toss with canola oil, curry powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt and pepper. Thread onto metal skewers. Grill, turn occasionally until charred and cooked through, 8-10 minutes. Good served with cucumber salad.
